Abstract

Un procedimiento de formacion de compuestos químicos insolubles en medio líquido por estímulos físicos. Los compuestos formados pueden ser inorgánicos u orgánicos, simples o complejos. El problema técnico resuelto es transformar sales de alta solubilidad en compuestos insolubles, de manera que se puedan separar del líquido para obtener un beneficio tanto de las sales separadas como del líquido residual purificado. Los mecanismos de reaccion y cambios físicos, como son precipitacion inicial de complejos, que sirven de nucleos para posteriores mecanismos de nucleacion y adsorcion de otras especies formadas, ocurren en una sola etapa o reactor. La formacion de estos primeros precipitados se debe a la accion de un campo eléctrico y magnético aplicado por medio de una corriente eléctrica ultra filtrada transmitida a través de electrodos, además del aporte ionico de uno de los electrodos que actua como sacrificio. Luego se agrega un segundo aporte de iones, usualmente aluminio, calcio, hierro, plomo o estano para formar nuevos complejos con las sales que contiene el líquido. Con esto, los nucleos formados inicialmente son aumentados de tamano por estos nuevos complejos y en esta etapa, además, ocurre un fenomeno de adsorcion de otras sales no complejas formadas. Los distintos complejos se forman por selectividad de procesos que se logran por la aplicacion de frecuencia de ondas electromagnéticas en el espectro de ondas de radio de frecuencias de 1 KHz a 2 MHz, con un equipo generador de ondas electromagnéticas de diferente geometría y frecuencia.
