Abstract

Un sistema de comunicaciones comprende una primera tarjeta de multiplexacion que tiene una primera pluralidad de puertos multiplex por division de tiempo (TDM) y una primera interfaz de senalizacion diferencial, en el que la primera tarjeta de multiplexacion puede ser hecha funcionar para poner en correspondencia intervalos de tiempo de cada uno de la primera pluralidad de puertos TDM con una primera senal combinada transmitida a traves de la primera interfaz de senalizacion diferencial: una primera unidad que tiene una segunda interfaz de senalizacion diferencial acoplada a la primera interfaz de senalizacion diferencial, cuya primera unidad puede ser hecha funcionar para extraer los intervalos de tiempo a partir de la primera senal combinada y para poner en correspondencia los intervalos de tempo extra¡dos con una trama de una l¡nea digital de abonado (DSL) para transmision a traves de un enlace DSL una segunda unidad acoplada a la primera unidad a traves del enlace DSL; teniendo la segunda unidad una tercera interfaz de senalizacion diferencial, cuya segunda unidad puede ser hecha funcionar para extraer los intervalos de tiempo de la trama DSL y para poner en correspondencia los intervalos de tiempo con una segunda senal combinada transmitida a traves de la tercera interfaz de senalizacion diferencial, y una segunda tarjeta de multiplexacion que tiene una segunda pluralidad de puertos TDM y una cuarta interfaz de senalizacion diferencial, cuya segunda tarjeta de multiplexacion puede ser hecha funcionar para poner en correspondencia cada una de los intervalos de tiempo de la segunda senal combinada con uno de la segunde pluralidad de puertos TDM.
