Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento para aumentar la eficacia y el rendimiento general del proceso de síntesis de melamina a través del tratamiento del líquido madre de cristalizacion de melamina desamoniado y neutralizado, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes fases operativas: a) someter la corriente de dicho líquido madre que contiene OATs y melamina a una o más etapas de ultrafiltracion, con la produccion de: (i) un permeado compuesto por una solucion acuosa que contiene melamina y la unica fraccion soluble de OATs, y (ii) un retenido compuesto por una suspension acuosa coloidal concentrada que comprende la fraccion de OATs en exceso con respecto a la fraccion soluble; el fin de la etapa a) es reducir al mínimo el volumen de retenido obtenido; b) someter el retenido obtenida en la fase a) a un tratamiento de descomposicion por hidrolisis a una temperatura que oscila entre 270°C y 300°C, con la formacion de una corriente gaseosa compuesta por NH3, CO2 y vapor de agua, y una corriente líquida; dicho retenido que sale de la fase a) es llevado a la temperatura del tratamiento de descomposicion mezclándolo con una corriente acuosa que tiene una temperatura tal que la corriente resultante del mezclado tiene una temperatura que oscila entre 270°C y 300°C; c) someter la corriente líquida que proviene de la fase b) a un tratamiento de extraccion con la separacion de otra corriente gaseosa compuesta por NH3, CO2 y vapor de agua, y una corriente líquida sustancialmente libre de compuestos orgánicos.A procedure for increasing the efficiency and overall performance of the melamine synthesis process through the treatment of the deammoniated and neutralized melamine crystallization liquid is described, characterized in that it comprises the following operational phases: a) subjecting the current of said mother liquid containing OATs and melamine at one or more ultrafiltration stages, with the production of: (i) a permeate composed of an aqueous solution containing melamine and the only soluble fraction of OATs, and (ii) a retention composed of an aqueous suspension concentrated colloidal comprising the fraction of OATs in excess with respect to the soluble fraction; the purpose of step a) is to minimize the volume of retention obtained; b) subject the retention obtained in phase a) to a hydrolysis decomposition treatment at a temperature ranging from 270 ° C to 300 ° C, with the formation of a gas stream composed of NH3, CO2 and water vapor, and a liquid stream; said retention that leaves phase a) is brought to the temperature of the decomposition treatment by mixing it with an aqueous current having a temperature such that the current resulting from mixing has a temperature ranging from 270 ° C to 300 ° C; c) subjecting the liquid stream that comes from phase b) to an extraction treatment with the separation of another gaseous stream composed of NH3, CO2 and water vapor, and a liquid stream substantially free of organic compounds.
