Abstract
Procedimiento no instrumental de un solo paso para la cuantificacion del antígeno de dengue NS1 en fase aguda temprana, presente en muestras de suero, plasma o sangre, a través de su reaccion con un anticuerpo específico monoclonal y/o policlonal contra el antígeno conjugados a oro coloidal, que se encuentra depositado sobre una matriz de la que es liberado al ponerse en contacto con la muestra. Este inmunocomplejo migra a través de un soporte solido y es atrapado al interactuar con otros anticuerpos específicos contra epítopes del antígeno, para los cuatro serotipos del virus, que se encuentran firmemente unidos a una zona reactiva del soporte. El inmunocomplejo se deposita en el área de reaccion, que se evidencia por la aparicion de una marca visualmente detectable que segun el color, indica un resultado positivo a la presencia del antígeno NS1 y por tanto una infeccion por virus de dengue.Non-instrumental single-step procedure for quantification of the dengue NS1 antigen in early acute phase, present in serum, plasma or blood samples, through its reaction with a specific monoclonal and / or polyclonal antibody against the gold-conjugated antigen colloidal, which is deposited on a matrix from which it is released by contacting the sample.
