Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere, en general, a métodos para el diseno y la optimizacion de la cantidad, la colocacion y el tamano de fracturas en una formacion subterránea; y más en particular, a métodos que responden por la interferencia de tension de otras fracturas, cuando se disenan y se optimizan la cantidad, la colocacion y el tamano de fracturas en la formacion subterránea. La presente invencion además optimiza la cantidad, la colocacion y el tamano de fracturas en una formacion subterránea. La presente invencion determina una o más tensiones geomecánicas inducidas por cada fractura, sobre la base de las dimensiones y la ubicacion de cada fractura, que incluyen las deformaciones de superficie causadas por cada fractura. La presente invencion determina una cantidad máxima de fracturas y un campo de tension pronosticado, sobre la base de las tensiones geomecánicas inducidas por cada una de las fracturas.
