Abstract

Se divulga un método para mejorar la eficacia de los aditivos polares utilizados en las poliolefinas. El método hace referencia a la incorporacion de una cantidad efectiva de compuesto de coaditivo de la formula R1(OCH2CH2)xOH a la poliolefina antes de formar la película, donde R1 es un alquilo de cadena lineal o ramificada de 20 a 100 átomos de carbono y x es 2 a 100. La presencia de estos materiales en las resinas de poliolefina permite utilizar una cantidad inferior de aditivos polares sin perder su eficacia, y conlleva asimismo una mejora de las propiedades opticas para las películas fabricadas con dichas resinas.
