Abstract
En el presente documento se divulga un método de control de la relacion de aire a combustible en un quemador que contiene un conjunto venturi. El venturi incluye una entrada de aire, una entrada de combustible primario con una seccion convergente, una porcion de estrangulacion corriente abajo de la seccion convergente, una seccion divergente corriente debajo de la porcion de estrangulacion, una salida, y una entrada de gas secundario dispuesta corriente abajo de la seccion convergente y corriente arriba de la salida. Un quemador que incluye un conjunto venturi que comprende una entrada de aire, una porcion convergente con una entrada de combustible de inyeccion primaria, una porcion de estrangulacion corriente abajo de la porcion convergente, una porcion divergente corriente abajo de la porcion de estrangulacion, una salida, y una entrada de gas secundario dispuesta corriente abajo de la porcion convergente y corriente arriba de la salida. Reivindicacion: 45. Un horno que comprende una pluralidad de quemadores de crisol, una pluralidad de quemadores de pared, un primer conjunto de puertos de quemador graduados para al menos uno de la pluralidad de quemadores de crisol y de la pluralidad de quemadores de pared, y un segundo conjunto de puertos de quemador graduados adyacentes al primer conjunto, en el que solamente el primer conjunto de puertos de quemador graduados se utiliza con combustibles de poder calorico más elevado, y en el que ambos primer y segundo conjuntos de puertos de quemador graduados se utilizan con combustibles de poder calorico más bajo.
