Abstract
La presente se refiere a un aditivo para fluidos de perforacion destinado a mejorar la lubricidad o velocidad de penetracion (ROP) en una operacion de perforacion, como una operacion de perforacion petrolífera y gasífera. El aditivo comprende partículas de cera o sustancia cerosa, o una mezcla de dos o más tipos de dichas partículas con propiedades diferentes, tales como tamano de partícula, tipo de cera o sustancia cerosa, punto de fusion, solubilidad, velocidad de disolucion, dureza, forma, capacidad de bloqueo, o una combinacion de las mismas. En ciertas realizaciones, el aditivo es ambientalmente amigable y biodegradable. La presente además se refiere a un fluido de perforacion que comprende el aditivo para fluidos de perforacion de la presente. Asimismo se provee un método de mejoramiento de la lubricidad o de incremento de la ROP en una operacion de perforacion, así como el uso de partículas de cera o sustancia cerosa o una mezcla de las mismas como aditivo para fluidos de perforacion destinados a mejorar la lubricidad o aumentar la ROP en una operacion de perforacion.
