Abstract
Uso de derivados de aminoazolina y urea para combatir plagas animales. También un método para controlar plagas animales usando estos compuestos, semillas y una composicion agrícola y veterinaria que comprende dichos compuestos y derivados de azolina y urea específicos. Reivindicacion 1: El uso de compuestos de la formula (1) o de una de sus sales para combatir plagas animales caracterizado porque Z es un grupo de las formulas (2A), (2B) o (2C), n es 0, 1, 2, 3 o 4; m es 1 o 2; es el sitio de union con el resto de la molécula; X es S, O o NR5; Y es S, O o NR5a; T es -ORT1, -SRT2, -O-C(O)-RT3, -O-C(S)-RT4 o -S-C-(S)-RT5, RT1, RT2, RT3, RT4 y RT5 se seleccionan de hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6 o alquinilo C2-6, donde los ultimos tres radicales mencionados pueden llevar 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes RTa; cicloalquilo C3-6 que pueden llevar 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes RTb; fenilo que puede llevar 1 2 o 3 sustituyentes RTc; donde el anillo fenilo también puede estar fusionado con otro anillo fenilo o a un anillo heterocíclico saturado, parcialmente insaturado o aromático de 5 o 6 miembros que contiene 1, 2 o 3 heteroátomos seleccionados de O, S y N y opcionalmente 1 o 2 grupos carbonilo como miembros del anillo, donde el sistema de anillos fusionados pueden llevar 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes RTc; heterociclo saturado, parcialmente insaturado o aromático de 5 o 6 miembros que contiene 1, 2 o 3 heteroátomos seleccionados de O, S y N y opcionalmente 1 o 2 grupos carbonilo como miembros del anillo, que pueden llevar 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes RTd; o RT3, RT4, RT5 son NRT31RT32, donde RT31 y RT32, de modo independiente entre sí, se seleccionan de hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, donde los tres ultimos grupos mencionados pueden llevar 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes RTa, cicloalquilo C3-6, que pueden llevar 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes RTb; arilo y aril-alquilo C1-4, donde el resto de arilo en los dos ultimos grupos mencionados pueden llevar 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes RTc; o RT31 y RT32 junto con el átomo de nitrogeno al que están unidos forman un heterocíclico saturado, parcialmente insaturado o aromático de 3, 4, 5 o 6 miembros que contiene 1, 2 o 3 heteroátomos seleccionados de O, S y N y opcionalmente 1 o 2 grupos carbonilo como miembros del anillo, donde el anillo heterocíclico puede llevar 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes RTd; R1 está seleccionado del grupo que consiste en hidrogeno, ciano, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C1-6, alcoxicarbonilo C1-6, alquil C1-6-carbonilo, alquenil C2-6-carbonilo, alquinil C2-6-carbonilo; cicloalquilo C3-6, fenilo, bencilo, fenoxicarbonilo, hetarilo de 5 o 6 miembros y hetarilmetilo de 5 o 6 miembros cada uno de los ultimos seis radicales mencionados pueden no estar sustituidos o pueden llevar cualquier combinacion de 1, 2, 3, 4 o 5 radicales Rb1; R2a, R2b se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en hidrogeno, formilo, CN, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, alquil C1-6-carbonilo, alquenil C2-6-carbonilo, alquinil C2-6-carbonilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-6, alquil C1-6-tiocarbonilo, alcoxi C1-6-tiocarbonilo, en donde los átomos de carbono en los radicales alifáticos de los grupos antes mencionados pueden llevar cualquier combinacion de 1, 2 o 3 radicales Ra2, C(O)NRaRb, C(S)NRaRb, (SO2)NRaRb, fenilo, benzoilo, fenoxicarbonilo, bencilo, bencilcarbonilo, benciloxicarbonilo, un anillo saturado, parcialmente insaturado o aromático de 5 o 6 miembros, hetarilmetilo de 5 o 6 miembros, hetarilcarbonilo de 5 o 6 miembros, hetarilmetilcarbonilo de 5 o 6 miembros, en donde cada uno de los ultimos diez radicales mencionados pueden no estar sustituidos o pueden llevar cualquier combinacion de 1, 2, 3, 4 o 5 radicales Rb2, y en donde el anillo heteroaromático de 5 o 6 miembros en hetarilmetilo, hetarilcarbonilo y hetarilmetilcarbonilo contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados de oxígeno, azufre y nitrogeno como miembros del anillo, y en donde el anillo heterocíclico de 5 o 6 miembros contiene 1, 2 o 3 heteroátomos seleccionados de oxígeno, azufre y nitrogeno como miembros del anillo; o R1 junto con R2a puede ser alcan C3-5-diilo que pueden llevar 1, 2, 3, 4 o 5 radicales R21 y donde uno o dos grupos metileno del radical alcan C3-5-diílo pueden estar reemplazados por 1 o 2 heteroátomos no adyacentes o grupos que contienen heteroátomos seleccionados de O, S y NR22; R1 junto con R2b también puede ser un grupo carbonilo de puente C(O); R2c y R2d, de modo independiente entre sí, se seleccionan de hidrogeno, formilo, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, arilo, aril-alquilo C1-4, hetarilo, hetaril-alquilo C1-4, alquil C1-6-carbonilo, alquil C1-6-tiocarbonilo, alquenil C2-6-carbonilo, alquinil C2-6-carbonilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6-tiocarbonilo, arilcarbonilo, hetarilcarbonilo, ariloxicarbonilo y hetariloxicarbonilo, donde los restos alifáticos, aromáticos o heteroaromáticos en los ultimos 17 radicales mencionados pueden llevar 1, 2, 3, 4 o 5 radicales Rc2, y donde hetarilo es un anillo heteroaromático de 5 o 6 miembros que contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados de O, S y N como miembros del anillo; R4a, R4b, de modo independiente entre sí, se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, haloalquilo C1-6, en donde los átomos de carbono en estos grupos pueden llevar cualquier combinacion de 1, 2 o 3 radicales Ra4, fenilo, bencilo, hetarilo de 5 o 6 miembros y hetarilmetilo de 5 o 6 miembros, cada uno de los ultimos 4 radicales mencionados pueden no estar sustituidos o pueden llevar cualquier combinacion de 1 2, 3, 4 o 5 radicales Rb4, y en donde el anillo heteroaromático de 5 o 6 miembros en hetarilmetilo y hetarilo contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados de oxigeno, azufre y nitrogeno como miembros del anillo; o R4a junto con R4b también puede ser =O, =NRc o =CRdRe; o R4a junto con R4b también puede ser alcan C2-5-diílo que pueden llevar 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 o 6 sustituyentes R41 y donde uno o dos grupos metileno del radical alcan C2-5-diílo pueden estar reemplazados por 1 o 2 heteroátomos no adyacentes o grupos que contienen heteroátomos seleccionados de O, S y NR42; o R2a junto con R4a pueden formar un radical bivalente en puente seleccionados del grupo que consiste en C(O)-C(R24a)(R24b), C(S)-C(R24a)(R24b), CH2-C(R24a)(R24b), S(O)2-C(R24a)(R24b), S(O)-C(R24a)(R24b), C(O)-O, C(S)-O, S(O)2-O, S(O)-O, C(O)-NH, C(S)-NH, S(O)2-NH, S(O)-NH; R4c, R4d se definen, de modo independiente, como R4a y R4b; R5, R5a, de modo independiente entre sí, se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en hidrogeno, formilo, CN, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, alquil C1-6-carbonilo, alquenil C2-6-carbonilo, alquinil C2-6-carbonilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-6, alquil C1-6-tiocarbonilo, en donde los átomos de carbono en los radicales alifáticos de los grupos antes mencionados pueden llevar cualquier combinacion de 1, 2 o 3 radicales Ra5, C(O)NRaRb, (SO2)NRaRb, C(S)NRaRb, fenilo, bencilo, fenoxicarbonilo, hetarilmetilo de 5 o 6 miembros, hetarilcarbonilo de 5 o 6 miembros y benzoílo cada uno de los ultimos 6 radicales mencionados pueden no estar sustituidos o pueden llevar cualquier combinacion de 1, 2, 3, 4 o 5 radicales Rb5, y en donde el anillo heteroaromático de 5 o 6 miembros en hetarilmetilo y hetarilcarbonilo contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados de oxígeno, azufre y nitrogeno como miembros del anillo; cada Rz1 está seleccionado, de modo independiente, del grupo que consiste en halogeno, OH, SH, SO3H, COOH, ciano, nitro, alquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, alquil C1-6-tio, alquenilo C2-6, alquenil C2-6-oxi, alquenil C2-6-tio, alquinilo C2-6, alquinil C2-6-oxi, alquinil C2-6-tio, alquil C1-6-sulfonilo, alquil C1-6-sulfoxilo, alquenil C2-6-sulfonilo, alquinil C2-6-sulfonilo, un radical NRaRb, formilo, alquil C1-6-carbonilo, alquenil C2-6-carbonilo, alquinil C2-6-carbonilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-6, alquenil C2-6-oxicarbonilo, alquinil C2-6-oxicarbonilo, formiloxi, alquil C1-6-carboniloxi, alquenil C2-6-carboniloxi, alquinil C2-6-carboniloxi, en donde los átomos de carbono en los radicales alifáticos de los grupos antes mencionados pueden levar cualquier combinacion de 1 2, 3, 4 o 5 radicales Raz, C(O)NRaRb, (SO2)NRaRb, y radicales de la formula L-Cy, en donde L es un enlace simple, oxigeno, azufre o alcan C1-6-diílo, en donde un carbono puede estar reemplazado por oxigeno, Cy está seleccionado del grupo que consiste en cicloalquilo C3-12, que no está sustituido o que está sustituido con cualquier combinacion de 1, 2, 3, 4 o 5 radicales Rbz, fenilo, naftilo y heterociclilo mono- o bicíclico de 5 a 10 miembros, que contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados de oxigeno, azufre y nitrogeno como miembros del anillo, en donde Cy no está sustituido o pueden llevar cualquier combinacion de 1, 2, 3, 4 o 5 radicales Rbz; y en donde dos radicales Rz1 que están unidos a átomos de carbono adyacentes pueden formar junto con dichos átomos de carbono un anillo benceno fusionado, un carbociclo fusionado, saturado o parcialmente insaturado de 5, 6 o 7 miembros o un heterociclo fusionado de 5, 6 o 7 miembros, que contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados de oxígeno, azufre y nitrogeno como miembros del anillo, y en donde el anillo fusionado no está sustituido o pueden llevar cualquier combinacion de 1, 2, 3 o 4 radicales Rbz; Ra, Rb están seleccionados
