Abstract

Se pone a disposicion un procedimiento y un dispositivo (2) para producir fibras hendibles (1), con el cual resulta posible conducir las corrientes de material fundido de dos o más Componentes polímeros (A, B) incompatibles entre sí en el proceso de hilado por fusion de manera que se evite un recubrimiento de las diferentes corrientes polímeras por parte de otra corriente polímera o una confluencia de diferentes corrientes polímeras, particularmente en el caso de proporciones ponderales fuertemente diferentes de los componentes polímeros (A, B).Para dicha finalidad se antepone corriente arriba con respecto a al menos un capilar de hilado (4) perforaciones distribuidoras (6), siendo el área de seccion transversal de al menos una perforacion distribuidora (6) asignada a cada uno de los respectivos componentes polímeros (A, B) ajustado en funcion del caudal del respectivo componente polímero (A, B).
