Abstract
La presente ofrece una composicion de lubricante con excelente resistencia al calor, estabilidad mecánica, resistencia al agua, resistencia a la corrosion, resistencia a la carga y resistencia a la inflamacion. Con este proposito la presente sugiere la adicion de 2 a 68% en peso de fosfato tricálcico relativo a la composicion total al aceite base, que puede ser aceite mineral y/o aceite sintético. Se adicionan también agentes tensioactivos, y la totalidad se mezcla y amasa para dar una composicion de lubricante semi solida. Para los agentes tensioactivos, son más adecuados los agentes tensioactivos no ionicos, y los ésteres de ácidos grasos como ser ésteres de ácidos grasos de glicerina, ésteres de ácidos grasos de sorbitano Y ésteres de ácidos grasos de sacarosa. La concentracion utilizada es de 0,2 a 18% peso, relativa a la composicion total.The present offers a lubricant composition with excellent heat resistance, mechanical stability, water resistance, corrosion resistance, load resistance and inflammation resistance.
