Abstract
Se describe el aditivo removedor de óxido de azufre apropiado para una unidad de FCC en una condición ambiental de baja cantidad de oxígeno. El aditivo removedor de SOx incluye uno o varios sorbentes y uno o varios catalizadores de oxidación. El sorbente incluye una fuente de Al y un componente divalente. El componente divalente está seleccionado de un grupo que consiste en magnesio, calcio y combinaciones de dos o más. El catalizador de oxidación incluye una fuente de cerio. El aditivo removedor de SOx está sustancialmente libre de vanadio.
