Abstract
Una fibra optica con recubrimiento protector que comprende: un guíaondas optico; al menos un revestimiento exterior (2). que rodea dicho guíaondas optico (1); y un recubrimiento protector (4) que rodea dicho recubrimiento exterior -uno como mínimo- (2, 3), en la cual el citado recubrimiento protector es un recubrimiento protector compacto, fabricado con un material que tiene una densidad de al menos 1,2 kg/dm3 y una conductividad térmica de al menos 0,4 W/m.K
