Abstract
Un método y un aparato para reducir una relacion de energía pico-a-promedio (PAPR) en un sistema de comunicacion inalámbrica de multiple-entrada multiple-salida (MIMO), son presentados. Transmision de formacion de haces o pre-codificacion se realizan sobre símbolos de transmision con base en una matriz de canal. Para retro-alimentacion, matrices de canal pueden ser promediadas sobre multiples sub-portadores y las matrices de canal promediadas pueden ser además cuantificadas. Con el objeto de reducir la PAPR, el recorte de amplitud puede ser realizado sobre los símbolos después del procesamiento de transmision. El recorte de amplitud puede ser realizado mediante recorte duro, recorte blando o recorte suave.
