Abstract

Neumático que comprende al menos un elemento estructural que incluye un material elastomérico entrecruzado obtenido por entrecruzamiento de una composicion elastomérica entrecruzable que comprende: (a) 100 phr de al menos un polímero elastomérico; (b) entre 0,1 phr y 15 phr, preferentemente entre 0,3 phr y 10 phr, de al menos un compuesto dador de metileno; (c) entre 0,4 phr y 20 phr, preferentemente entre 0,8 phr y 15 phr, de al menos un compuesto aceptor de metileno (d) entre 1 phr y 50 phr, preferentemente entre 2 phr y 40 phr, con mayor preferencia entre 4 phr y 30 phr, de al menos un material en capas y dicho al menos un material en capas tiene un espesor de cada capa individual que oscila entre 0,2 nm y 30 nm, preferentemente entre 0,3 nm y 15 nm, con mayor preferencia entre 0,5 y 2 nm; donde dicho al menos un material en capas muestra, en un patron de difraccion de rayos X del polvo (XRPD) , una relacion de intensidad de rayos X ( R) definida de acuerdo con la siguiente formula: ( R) = [A (001)/A (hk0)max] x 100 en la cual; A(001), es el área del pico (001); A (hk0)max es el área del pico más intenso (hk0), al menos uno de h o k es diferente de 0; inferior o igual a 20, preferentemente interior o igual a 15, con mayor preferencia inferior o igual a 10, con mayor preferencia aun inferior o igual a 5. Preferentemente, dicho al menos un elemento estructural se selecciona entre un relleno de talon, una insercion en el flanco, una subcapa de rodamiento, una base de rodamiento.
