Abstract

Proceso y aparato para quitar y recuperar las células que adhieren a un substrato solido en un envase de cultivo de células que contiene el substrato y un medio fluido en contacto con el substrato. El procedimiento comprende las operaciones de introducir una cantidad susceptible de partículas de material de atraccion magnética en el medio fluido, generando un campo magnético de atraccion que actua en el material de partículas dicho, y variando el dicho campo de atraccion de tal manera en cuanto genere un flujo del material de partículas dicho que pasta el substrato y capaz de causar la separacion de adherir las células del substrato. El aparato incluye un miembro movil con una pluralidad de imanes permanentes sobre su superficie enfrentando el substrato e impartiendo el medio motor el movimiento rotatorio y el movimiento de la revolucion sobre el miembro movil.
