Abstract
Un miembro montante de acero para ser utilizado en el soporte de estructuras y que llene un espesor reducido en comparacion con los montantes convencionales, y que tiene un alma que tiene bordes laterales, rebordes sobre los bordes laterales, formados en ángulo con respecto al alma, encerrando el alma y los rebordes, superficie interiores, y que tienen superficie exteriores para montar una estructura, y una pluralidad de nervios angostos dentados longitudinales formados en los rebordes, y en el alma, dentados hacia dentro desde el exterior hacia el interior de los rebordes, con lo cual se provee una mayor capacidad para soportar cargas para un dado calibre de acero. También se revela un método para producir un miembro de acero de este tipo. Reivindicacion 1: Un montante de chapa metálica reforzada dentada (10) para ser utilizado en la construccion y que tiene un alma (12) que define bordes laterales y un eje geométrico longitudinal, un primer reborde (14) a lo largo de un borde lateral, y un segundo reborde (16) a lo largo del otro borde lateral, definiendo dicha alma y dichos rebordes superficies interiores y superficies de montaje opuestas entre si, caracterizado por: nervios longitudinales dentados (20) formados a lo largo de por lo menos uno de dichos rebordes primero y segundo, paralelos al dicho eje geométrico del alma, y, en el que dicho nervios dentados en dichos rebordes están formados como depresiones a partir de dichas superficies de montaje que se extienden hacia el interior de dicha superficie interior, a efectos de evitar la obstruccion de dichas superficies de montaje de dichos rebordes. Reivindicacion 2: Un montante de chapa metálica dentada reforzada (10) de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado además por dichos dos rebordes (14, 16) doblados en ángulos rectos con respecto a dicha alma (12), y nervios longitudinales dentados (20) en dichos dos rebordes. Reivindicacion 3: Un montante de chapa metálica dentada reforzada de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado además por depresiones (28) formadas en dicha alma (12) a intervalos separados, y aberturas (30) formadas en dichas depresiones. Reivindicacion 4: Un montante de chapa metálica dentada reforzada de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado además por tener un borde de empotramiento (16A, 34) que está formado a lo largo de uno de dichos rebordes, para su empotramiento en concreto. Reivindicacion 5: Un montante de chapa metálica dentada reforzada de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado además por presentar aberturas (24) a través de dicha alma en intervalos separados a lo largo de la misma, de un tamano y perfil predeterminados, estando por lo menos una porcion lateral (25) de dicha alma desplazada con respecto a dicha apertura que permanece fijada integralmente a dicha alma, una primera curvatura formada en dicha porcion lateral, una segunda curvatura formada en dicha porcion lateral separada con respecto a dicha primera curvatura, estando dichas curvatura primera y segunda formadas a lo largo de ejes geométricos paralelos a dicho eje geométrico del alma de manera de definir canales de refuerzo. Reivindicacion 6: Un montante de chapa metálica dentada reforzada de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 5, caracterizado por presentar además un miembro de arrostramiento (70) que tiene sujeciones (72, 74) con un acoplamiento de calce elástico para su insercion en dichas aberturas del alma. Reivindicacion 7: Un montante de chapa metálica dentada reforzada de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 5, caracterizado porque además presenta depresiones (28) formadas en dicha alma a intervalos separados, y aberturas (40) formadas en dichas depresiones para reducir la transferencia del calor.A steel upright member to be used in supporting structures and filling a reduced thickness compared to conventional uprights, and having a core that has side edges, flanges on the side edges, formed at an angle to the core, enclosing the soul and the inner flanges, inner surface, and having outer surface to mount a structure, and a plurality of narrow longitudinal serrated ribs formed in the flanges, and in the soul, serrated inwards from the outside towards the inside of the flanges , which provides a greater capacity to support loads for a given steel gauge. Claim 1: A toothed reinforced metal sheet stud (10) for use in construction and having a core (12) defining lateral edges and a longitudinal geometric axis, a first flange (14) along a lateral edge , and a second flange (16) along the other side edge, said core and said flanges defining interior surfaces and mounting surfaces opposite each other, characterized by: serrated longitudinal ribs (20) formed along at least one of said first and second flanges, parallel to said geometrical axis of the soul, and, wherein said ribs serrated in said flanges are formed as depressions from said mounting surfaces that extend into said interior surface, for the purpose of preventing the clogging of said mounting surfaces of said flanges. Claim 2: A reinforced toothed sheet metal stud (10) according to claim 1, further characterized by said two flanges (14, 16) bent at right angles with respect to said core (12), and serrated longitudinal ribs (20 ) in said two flanges. Claim 3: A reinforced toothed sheet metal pillar according to claim 1, further characterized by depressions (28) formed in said core (12) at separate intervals, and openings (30) formed in said depressions. Claim 4: A reinforced toothed sheet metal pillar according to claim 1, further characterized by having a recessed edge (16A, 34) that is formed along one of said flanges, for concrete recessing. Claim 5: A reinforced toothed sheet metal pillar according to claim 1, further characterized by presenting openings (24) through said core at separate intervals along it, of a predetermined size and profile, being therefore minus a lateral portion (25) of said displaced soul with respect to said opening which remains integrally fixed to said soul, a first curvature formed in said lateral portion, a second curvature formed in said separate lateral portion with respect to said first curvature, being said first and second curvature formed along geometric axes parallel to said geometric axis of the soul so as to define reinforcing channels. Claim 6: A reinforced toothed sheet metal pillar according to claim 5, characterized in that it also has a bracing member (70) having fasteners (72, 74) with an elastic fit coupling for insertion into said openings of the core . Claim 7: A reinforced toothed sheet metal post according to claim 5, characterized in that it also has depressions (28) formed in said core at separate intervals, and openings (40) formed in said depressions to reduce heat transfer.
