Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un montante de chapa metálica reforzada dentada (10) para ser utilizado en la construccion y que tiene un alma (12) que define bordes laterales y un eje geométrico longitudinal, un primer reborde (14) a lo largo de un borde lateral, y un segundo reborde (16) a lo largo del otro borde lateral, definiendo dicha alma y dichos rebordes superficies interiores y superficies de montaje opuestas entre si, caracterizado por: nervios longitudinales dentados (20) formados a lo largo de por lo menos uno de dichos rebordes primero y segundo, paralelos al dicho eje geométrico del alma, y, en el que dicho nervios dentados en dichos rebordes están formados como depresiones a partir de dichas superficies de montaje que se extienden hacia el interior de dicha superficie interior, a efectos de evitar la obstruccion de dichas superficies de montaje de dichos rebordes. Reivindicacion 2: Un montante de chapa metálica dentada reforzada (10) de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado además por dichos dos rebordes (14, 16) doblados en ángulos rectos con respecto a dicha alma (12), y nervios longitudinales dentados (20) en dichos dos rebordes. Reivindicacion 3: Un montante de chapa metálica dentada reforzada de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado además por depresiones (28) formadas en dicha alma (12) a intervalos separados, y aberturas (30) formadas en dichas depresiones. Reivindicacion 4: Un montante de chapa metálica dentada reforzada de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado además por tener un borde de empotramiento (16A, 34) que está formado a lo largo de uno de dichos rebordes, para su empotramiento en concreto. Reivindicacion 5: Un montante de chapa metálica dentada reforzada de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado además por presentar aberturas (24) a través de dicha alma en intervalos separados a lo largo de la misma, de un tamano y perfil predeterminados, estando por lo menos una porcion lateral (25) de dicha alma desplazada con respecto a dicha apertura que permanece fijada integralmente a dicha alma, una primera curvatura formada en dicha porcion lateral, una segunda curvatura formada en dicha porcion lateral separada con respecto a dicha primera curvatura, estando dichas curvatura primera y segunda formadas a lo largo de ejes geométricos paralelos a dicho eje geométrico del alma de manera de definir canales de refuerzo. Reivindicacion 6: Un montante de chapa metálica dentada reforzada de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 5, caracterizado por presentar además un miembro de arrostramiento (70) que tiene sujeciones (72, 74) con un acoplamiento de calce elástico para su insercion en dichas aberturas del alma. Claim 2: A reinforced toothed sheet metal stud (10) according to claim 1, further characterized by said two flanges (14, 16) bent at right angles with respect to said core (12), and serrated longitudinal ribs (20 ) in said two flanges. Claim 3: A reinforced toothed sheet metal pillar according to claim 1, further characterized by depressions (28) formed in said core (12) at separate intervals, and openings (30) formed in said depressions. Claim 4: A reinforced toothed sheet metal pillar according to claim 1, further characterized by having a recessed edge (16A, 34) that is formed along one of said flanges, for concrete recessing. Claim 5: A reinforced toothed sheet metal pillar according to claim 1, further characterized by presenting openings (24) through said core at separate intervals along it, of a predetermined size and profile, being therefore minus a lateral portion (25) of said displaced soul with respect to said opening which remains integrally fixed to said soul, a first curvature formed in said lateral portion, a second curvature formed in said separate lateral portion with respect to said first curvature, being said first and second curvature formed along geometric axes parallel to said geometric axis of the soul so as to define reinforcing channels. Claim 6: A reinforced toothed sheet metal pillar according to claim 5, characterized in that it also has a bracing member (70) having fasteners (72, 74) with an elastic fit coupling for insertion into said openings of the core . Claim 7: A reinforced toothed sheet metal post according to claim 5, characterized in that it also has depressions (28) formed in said core at separate intervals, and openings (40) formed in said depressions to reduce heat transfer.
