Abstract
La presente se refiere a un separador libre de amianto, inerte, el separador comprende un material compuesto de aglomeracion y fibra sintética inorgánica/polimérica que contiene de aproximadamente 5 por ciento en peso a aproximadamente 70 por ciento en peso de fibras poliméricas halocarbonadas junto con aproximadamente 30 por ciento en peso a aproximadamente 95 por ciento en peso de un particulado no- orgánico finamente dividido, dicho particulado no-orgánico está unido en firme en dichas fibras compuestas y aglomerados; un agente de espesamiento de goma natural en una cantidad para suministrar una viscosidad de aproximadamente 6270 a aproximadamente 590 cP a 0,22 seg-1; y un polvo particulado inorgánico inerte por lo que el particulado inorgánico inerte permanece no ligado al compuesto de aglomeracion y la fibra sintética inorgánica/polimérica, el polvo particulado inorgánico tiene un tamano de partícula medio no mayor a 1,0 (mu)m y está presente en una cantidad de modo de suministrar una relacion de compuesto de fibra polimérica y particulado inorgánico no ligado en un rango de aproximadamente 1 a 25. además la presente se refiere a un método para producir un separador libre de amianto inerte.
