Abstract
La presente provee un procedimiento de produccion de 2-cloro-4-nitroimidazol representado por la formula (1) que comprende una reaccion del compuesto 1-alcoxialquil-2-bromo-4-nitroimidazol representado por la formula general (2) en donde R1 representa un grupo alquilo inferior, y n representa un entero de valor 1 a 3, con ácido clorhídrico. Reivindicacion 1: Un procedimiento para la produccion de 2-cloro-4-nitroimidazol caracterizado porque está representado por la formula (3) que comprende una reaccion de 1-alcoxialquilo-2-bromo-4-nitroimidazol representado por la formula general (4) en donde R1 representa un grupo alquilo inferior, y n representa un entero de valor 1 a 3, con ácido clorhídrico.This provides a production process of 2-chloro-4-nitroimidazole represented by the formula (1) comprising a reaction of the compound 1-alkoxyalkyl-2-bromo-4-nitroimidazole represented by the general formula (2) wherein R1 represents a lower alkyl group, and n represents an integer of value 1 to 3, with hydrochloric acid.
