Abstract
El invento se refiere a una máquina concebida como columna neumática de flotacion, la que presenta una carcasa consistente en una parte superior más amplia y en una parte inferior, un tubo interno que se halla dentro de la parte superior más amplia y que la divide en cámaras de flotacion básica y de postflotacion (1,resp. 3), así como en un recipiente colector de espuma que está configurado como canal de forma cronica, con tubos opuestos (7) para extraer el producto espumado. Además, el recipiente colector de espuma se encuentra ubicado preferentemente sobre la parte externa del tubo interior, dentro de la parte interior de la parte superior más amplia de la carcasa, entre las cámaras de flotacion básica y la de postflotacion (1, resp. 3), y está realizado preferentemente con una inclinacion de su fondo de entre aprox. 45 degree hasta aprox. 60 degree respecto de la superficie horizontal. Un ángulo como este garantiza la mejor capacidad de transporte de los productos espumados. El invento provoca un incremento en la productividad de la máquina después del espumado a través de la exclusion de la posibilidad de entremezclado de los productos espumados provenientes de las cámaras de flotacion básica y de postflotacion (1, resp. 3) sobre la superficie de la pulpa y a través de la exclusion de la destruccion mutua entre los aerofloculos en la capa de espuma.
