Abstract
Se provee una proteína de fusion que comprende una proteína de envoltura de un virus de planta y un dominio del péptido GDF8, o fragmento antigénico del dominio del péptido GDF8. También se proveen vectores de virus de plantas que expresan la proteína de fusion y métodos de uso de estos vectores. Reivindicacion 1: Una proteína de fusion que comprende: (a) un dominio del péptido GDF8, o un fragmento antigénico del dominio del péptido GDF8, donde el dominio del péptido GDF8 comprende los residuos de aminoácidos 327 a 346 de la SEC ID N°: 1; y (b) una proteína de envoltura de un virus de planta, o por lo menos un fragmento de una proteína de envoltura de un virus de planta. Reivindicacion 16: Un ácido nucleico que codifica la proteína de fusion de la reivindicacion 1. Reivindicacion 22: Una célula huésped que comprende el vector replicable de la reivindicacion 18. Reivindicacion 24: Una planta de tabaco que comprende la célula huésped de la reivindicacion 23.
