Abstract

Un método de extraccion de aceites vegetales, un dispositivo para su realizacion y un extractor a contra-flujo sumergible. La presente está vinculada con la industria de aceites y grasas, en particular a la produccion de aceites vegetales mediante un método de extraccion con solventes orgánicos. El objetivo de la presente es proveer dicho método de extraccion de aceites vegetales, el dispositivo para su implementacion y un extractor sumergible de contra-flujo que es parte del dispositivo, el cual permite incrementar la intensidad de intercambio de masa en la etapa de extraccion, incrementar la concentracion y la pureza de la mezcla producida, proveyendo un incremento del aceite extraído y mejorando su calidad, además de obtener grano molido desgrasado apto para posteriores procesamientos. Con la finalidad de alcanzar los objetivos expuestos, el proceso se lleva a cabo a una temperatura de transformacion de fase "líquida-solida" en condiciones de cavitacion y mezclando de manera intensiva el solvente con el entorno no-mezclado de una fase solida del material a extraer. Por su parte, los vapores de solvente que se producen en este proceso se extraen, condensan y reingresan al proceso, proveyendo así una recirculacion del solvente.A method of extracting vegetable oils, a device for its realization and a submersible counterflow extractor.
