Abstract
Nuevos derivados de ftalamida insecticidas de fórmula (1). Procedimientos para la preparación de tales compuestos, composiciones insecticidas y su uso para el control de plagas. Reivindicación 1: Derivados de ftalamida representados por la fórmula (1) en donde X representa H, halógeno, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, nitro, ciano, alquil(C1-6)sulfoniloxi, haloalquil(C1-6)sulfoniloxi, fenilsulfoniloxi, alquil(C1-6)tio-alquilo C1-6, alquil(C1-6)sulfinil-alquilo C1-6, alquil (C1-6)sulfonil-alquilo C1-6, alquil(C1-6)sulfonilamino, bis(alquil(C1-6)sulfonil)amino o alquil(C1-6)carboniloxi; n representa 1, 2, 3, o 4; Y representa H, halógeno, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, haloalcoxi C1-6, alquil(C1-6)tio, haloalquil(C1-6)tio o ciano; m representa 1, 2, 3,o 4; R1 representa alquilo C1-8, alquilo C1-8 que está mono- o poli-sustituido con sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en ciano, nitro, alquil(C1-6)aminosulfonilo, N,N-di(alquil (C1-6)aminosulfonilo, alquil(C1-6)sulfonilamino, N-alquil(C1-6)sulfonil-N-alquil(C1-6)amino, alquil(C1-6)carbonilamino, haloalquilo (C1-6), N-alquil(C1-6)carbonil-N-alquil(C1-6)amino, alquil(C1-6)tiocarbonilamino, N-alquil(C1-6)tiocarbonil-N-alquil(C1-6)amino, alcoxi(C1-6)imino-alquilo (C1-6), alquil(C1-6)aminocarbonilo, N,N-di(alquil C1-6)aminocarbonilo, alquil(C1-6)aminotiocarbonilo, N,N-di(alquil C1-6)aminotiocarbonilo, alcoxi(C1-6)carbonilamino, alcoxi(C1-6)carbonil-alquil(C1-6)amino, alquil(C1-6)amino-carboniloxi, N,N-di(alquil C1-6)aminocarboniloxi, alcoxi(C1-6)tiocarbonilamino, alcoxi(C1-6)tiocarbonil-alquil(C1-6)amino, alquil(C1-6)aminotiocarboniloxi, N,N-di(alquil C1-6)aminotiocarboniloxi, alquil(C1-6)tiocarbonilamino, alquil(C1-6)tiocarbonil-alquil(C1-6)amino, alquil(C1-6)aminocarboniltio, N,N-di(alquil C1-6)aminocarboniltio, alquil(C1-6)tio-tiocarbonilamino, alquil(C1-6)tio-tiocarbonil-alquil(C1-6)amino, alquil(C1-6)aminotiocarboniltio, N,N-di(alquil C1-6)aminotiocarboniltio, cicloalquilo C3-6, alcoxi(C1-6)-alquilo C1-6, alquil(C1-6)tio-alquilo C1-6, alquil(C1-6)sulfinil-alquilo C1-6 y alquil(C1-6)sulfonil-alquilo C1-6, o representa cicloalquilo C3-8 que puede estar sustituido con sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en alquilo C1-4, alquil(C1-4)tio o alquil(C1-2)tio-alquilo C1-2; R2 representa H o alquilo C1-6; R3 representa H o alquilo C1-6; A1 representa alquileno C1-8, haloalquileno C1-8, alquenileno C2-8, haloalquenileno C2-8, alquinileno C2-8, haloalquinileno C2-8, alquilen(C1-8)amino, alquilen(C1-8)-alquil(C1-6)amino, alquilen(C1-8)oxi o alquilen(C1-8)tio, de cadena lineal o de cadena ramificada; r representa 0 o 1; A2 representa alquileno C1-8, haloalquileno C1-8, alquenileno C2-8, haloalquenileno C2-8, alquinileno C2-8 o haloalquinileno C2-8, de cadena lineal o de cadena ramificada; s representa 0 o 1; Q representa un grupo heterocíclico de 5 o 6 miembros que contiene de 1 a 4 heteroátomos seleccionados entre 0 a 4 átomos de N, 0 a 1átomo de O y 0 a 1 átomo de S, pero sin contener al mismo tiempo un átomo de O y un átomo de S, y dicho grupo heterocíclico puede tener uno a tres >C=O, uno a tres >C=S, uno >S=O o uno >S(=O)2 como constituyentes del anillo, y dicho grupo heterocíclico puede estar opcionalmente sustituido con al menos uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo de sustituyentes W1 a continuación mencionado, en donde dichos sustituyentes pueden ser idénticos o diferentes, W1 representa halógeno, alquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, alquil(C1-6)tio, alquil(C1-6)sulfinilo, alquil(C1-6)sulfonilo, haloalquilo C1-6, haloalcoxi C1-6, haloalquil(C1-6)tio, haloalquil(C1-6)sulfinilo, haloalquil(C1-6)sulfonilo, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquil(C1-6)tio-alquilo C1-6, alquil(C1-6)sulfinil-alquilo C1-6, alquil(C1-6)sulfonil-alquilo C1-6; E representa fenilo, bifenilo, naftilo, piridilo, piridazinilo, pirimidinilo, pirazinilo, tienilo, furilo o pirrolilo, en donde dicho grupo está opcionalmente mono- o poli-sustituido con sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo W2, en donde dichos sustituyentes pueden ser idénticos o diferentes; W2 representa halógeno, nitro, alquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, alquil(C1-6)tio, alquil(C1-6)sulfinilo, alquil(C1-6)sulfonilo, haloalquilo C1-6, haloalcoxi C1-6, haloalquil(C1-6)tio, haloalquil(C1-6)sulfinilo, haloalquil(C1-6)sulfonilo, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquil(C1-6)tio-alquilo C1-6, alquil(C1-6)sulfinil-alquilo C1-6 o alquil(C1-6)sulfonil-alquilo C1-6, o representa alquileno C3-5, haloalquileno C3-5, oxi-alquileno C2-4, oxi-haloalquileno C2-4, alquilen(C2-4)oxi, haloalquilen(C2-4)oxi, alquilen(C1-3)dioxi o haloalquilen(C1-3)dioxi, en el caso de que W2 sean dos sustituyentes adyacentes. Reivindicación 3: Procedimientos para la preparación de los compuestos de fórmula (1) según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque (a) en el caso en donde R2 en la fórmula (1) representa H se hacen reaccionar compuestos de fórmula (2) en donde R1, X y n se definen como en la reivindicación 1, con los compuestos de fórmula (3) en donde R3, Y, m, A1, r, Q, A2, s y E se definen como en la reivindicación 1, en presencia de disolventes inertes, o (b) en el caso en donde R3 en la fórmula (1) representa un átomo de H se hacen reaccionar compuestos de fórmula (4) en donde X, n, Y, m, A1, r, Q, A2, s y E se definen como en la reivindicación 1, con compuestos de fórmula (5) en donde R1 y R2 se definen como en la reivindicación 1, en presencia de disolventes inertes y, si resulta adecuado, en presencia de una base, o (c) se hacen reaccionar compuestos de fórmula (6) en donde X, n, R1 y R2 se definen como en la reivindicación 1, con compuestos de fórmula (3) en donde R3, Y, m, A1, r, Q, A2, s y E se definen como en la reivindicación 1, en presencia de disolventes inertes, o (d) en el caso en donde R3 en la fórmula (1) representa un átomo de H, se hacen reaccionar compuestos de fórmula (7) en donde X, n, Y, m, A1, r, Q, A2, s y E se definen como en la reivindicación 1, con compuestos de fórmula (5) en donde R1 y R2 se definen como en la reivindicación 1, en presencia de disolventes inertes, o (e) se hacen reaccionar compuestos de fórmula (8) en donde X, n, R3, Y, m, A1, r, Q, A2, s y E se definen como en la reivindicación 1, con compuestos de fórmula (5) en donde R1 y R2 se definen como en la reivindicación 1, en presencia de disolventes inertes, o (f) en el caso en donde R1 en la fórmula (1) representa alquil(C1-6)sulfinil-alquilo C1-6 o alquil(C1-6)sulfonil-alquilo C1-6, se hacen reaccionar compuestos de fórmula (1f) en donde R1f representa alquil(C1-6)tio-alquilo C1-6 y X, n, R2, R3, Y, m, A1, r, Q, A2, s y E se definen como en la reivindicación 1, con un agentes oxidante en presencia de disolventes inertes.
