Abstract

Una disposición de implante que comprende un cuerpo que define una porción extrema cónica sumamente aguda provista de una fresadura longitudinal que se continúa en una porción intermedia cilíndrica presentando ambas porciones un filete de rosca de sección trapecial y rematando en su extremo superior en una cabeza troncocónica portadora de una cavidad también troncocónica de cuyo fondo se proyecta una perforación ciega roscada, quedando la pared interna de la cavidad troncocónica provista de una pluralidad de salientes contenidos en planos divergentes que se corresponden con su diámetro mayor en correspondencia con el extremo coronario, y en su diámetro menor en correspondencia con el extremo apical, presentando dichos salientes una sección transversal triangular cuyos bordes libres son paralelos a al superficie anular de la cavidad y poseen un perfil redondeado, conformando dichos salientes una figura estrellada, quedando dispuesta en la referida cavidad una estructura de soporte protésico, constituida por una porción troncocónica cuya pared lateral posee salientes de sección transversal homóloga a los salientes de la cavidad antedicha, delimitando dichos salientes caladuras de fondo redondeado, las cuales conforman con los salientes de la cavidad un ajuste entre dichas dos piezas, proyectándose de la estructura protésica una porción en forma troncocónica perforada longitudinalmente.
