Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento para la determinación de un suceso de unión de dos componentes unidos a CRP, directamente o a través de uno o más componentes, que comprende las etapas siguientes: (a) disposición de una solución que contiene CRP; (b) adición a la solución que contiene CRP, de al menos un componente donador o un grupo de componentes, que contiene por lo menos un componente donador, tratándose en el caso del componente donador de un componente que comprende por lo menos un compuesto o un grupo de compuestos, que pueden emitir una senal después de la excitación mediante una fuente de luz (grupo donador) y estando el componente donador en condiciones de unirse a CRP, directamente o a través de uno o más componentes del grupo mencionado de componentes; (c) adición a la solución que contiene CRP de al menos un componente aceptor o un grupo de componentes, que contiene por lo menos un componente aceptor, tratándose en el caso del componente aceptor de un componente que comprende por lo menos un compuesto o grupo de compuestos, que captan la senal emitida por el compuesto o grupo de compuestos de acuerdo con (b) y pueden cederla en forma de radiación electromagnética (grupo aceptor) y estando el componente aceptor en condiciones de unirse a CRP, directamente o a través de uno o más componentes del grupo mencionado de componentes; (d) excitación de al menos un compuesto o grupo de compuestos de acuerdo con (b) (grupo donador) mediante una fuente de luz; (e) detección de la radiación electromagnética emitida por al menos un compuesto o grupo de compuestos de acuerdo con (c) (grupo aceptor) para la detección del suceso de unión.This refers to a method with HTS capability and an assay system for the determination of the interaction between a C-reactive protein (CRP) or Clq and components bound to CRP or Clq, for the determination of the concentration of a solution with CRP or Clq content, as well as for the determination of substances that influence the interaction of CRP or Clq and components bound thereto, especially the interaction between CRP and Clq. Claim 1: Method for determining a binding event of two components linked to CRP, directly or through one or more components, comprising the following steps: (a) provision of a solution containing CRP; (b) addition to the solution containing CRP, of at least one donor component or a group of components, which contains at least one donor component, in the case of the donor component of a component comprising at least one compound or a group of compounds, which can emit a signal after excitation by a light source (donor group) and the donor component being able to bind to CRP, directly or through one or more components of the mentioned group of components; (c) addition to the CRP-containing solution of at least one acceptor component or group of components, which contains at least one acceptor component, in the case of the acceptor component of a component comprising at least one compound or group of compounds, which capture the signal emitted by the compound or group of compounds according to (b) and can yield it in the form of electromagnetic radiation (acceptor group) and the acceptor component being able to bind to CRP, directly or through one or more components of the mentioned group of components; (d) excitation of at least one compound or group of compounds according to (b) (donor group) by a light source; (e) detection of the electromagnetic radiation emitted by at least one compound or group of compounds according to (c) (acceptor group) for the detection of the binding event.
