Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un complejo de metal de transición de un ligando, L, de fórmula (1): donde al menos uno de R1 y R2 es una amina terciaria de Fórmula -alquilo-C2-C4-NR7R8, el alquilo-C2-4 de la fórmula -alquilo-C2-C4-NR7R8 puede substituirse por 1 a 4 alquilo C1-2, o puede formar parte de un anillo de alquilo saturado C3-C6, R7 y R8 se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo que comprende alquilo C1-12 de cadena recta, alquilo C1-12 ramificado o ciclo-alquilo-C1-12, -CH2C6H5, donde R7 y R8 pueden formar conjuntamente un anillo cíclico seleccionado entre el grupo (2), el otro de R1 y R2 se selecciona independientemente entre: -alquilo-C2-C4-NR7R8 tal como se ha definido anteriormente, -alquilo-C1-24; -alquilo-C1-4-arilo-C6-10; -alquilo-C0-1-fenol, -alquilo-C2-3-tiol, -alquilo-C2-3-alcohol, y -alquilo-C1-3-carboxilato; un heterocicloalquilo seleccionado entre el grupo que comprende: pirrolinilo, pirrolidinilo, morfolinilo, piperidinilo, piperazinilo, hexametilenimina, 1,4-piperazinilo, tetrahidrotiofenilo, tetrahidrofuranilo, tetrahidropiranilo y oxazolidinilo, donde el heterocicloalquilo puede estar conectado al ligando a través de cualquier átomo en el anillo del heterocicloalquilo seleccionado, un alquilo-C1-6-heterocicloalquilo, donde el heterocicloalquilo del heterocicloalquilo C1-6 se selecciona entre el grupo que comprende: piperidinilo, piperidina, 1,4-piperazina, tetrahidrotiofeno, tetrahidrofurano, pirrolidina y tetrahidropirano, donde el heterocicloalquilo puede estar conectado al alquilo-C1-6 a través de cualquier átomo en el anillo del heterocicloalquilo seleccionado, un -alquilo-C1-6-heteroarilo, donde el heteroarilo del -alquilo-C1-6-heteroarilo se selecciona entre el grupo que comprende: piridinilo, pirimidinilo, pirazinilo, quinolinilo, isoquinolinilo, quinoxalinilo, imidazolilo, pirazolilo, bencimidazolilo, tiazolilo, oxazolidinilo, pirrolilo, carbazolilo, indolilo e isoindolilo, donde el heteroarilo puede estar conectado al -alquilo-C1-6 a través de cualquier átomo en el anillo del heteroarilo seleccionado y el heteroarilo seleccionado está opcionalmente sustituido por alquilo-C1-4; R3 y R4 se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo que comprende: -C(O)O-alquilo-C1-24, -C(O)O-C6H6, -C(O)O-bencilo, -CH2OC(O)-alquilo-C1-20, fenilo, CN, hidrógeno, metilo y alquilo-C1-OR donde R se selecciona entre el grupo que comprende H, alquilo C1-24, y bencilo; X se selecciona entre : C=O, un derivado cetal o tiocetal de C=O seleccionado entre el grupo de fórmulas 3 y -C(R6)2 donde cada R6 se selecciona independientemente entre hidrógeno, hidroxilo, O-alquilo-C1-24, O-bencilo, O-(C=O)-C1-24, alquilo C1-24; y los grupos z son los mismos grupos heteroaromáticos de fórmula 4 seleccionados entre el grupo que comprende piridinilo, imidazolilo, bencimidazolilo y tiazolilo, donde R se selecciona independientemente entre hidrógeno, F, Cl, Br, hidroxilo, O-alquilo-C1-4, alquilo-C1-4, -NH-CO-H, -NH-CO-alquilo-C1-4, -NH2 y -NH-alquiloC1-4, el complejo de metal de transición de fórmula general [MaLkXn] Ym, donde M representa un metal seleccionado entre Mn (II)-(III)-(IV)-(V), Cu(I)-(II)-(III), Fe (II)-(III)-(IV)-(V), Co (I)-(II)-(III), Ti (II)-(III)-(IV), V (II)-(III)-(IV)-(V), Mo (II)-(III)-(IV)-(V)-(VI) y W (IV)-(V)-(VI); X representa una especie de coordinación seleccionada entre cualquier mono, bi o tri anión cargado y cualquier molécula neutral capaz de coordinar el metal en forma mono-, bi- o tridentada; Y representa cualquier ion de carga contraria no coordinado; a representa un entero que oscila entre 1 y10; k representa un entero que oscila entre 1 y 10; n representa un entero que oscila entre 0 y 10 m representa cero o un entero que oscila entre 1 y 20; y L representa el ligando que se ha definido anteriormente, o su análogo protonado o desprotonado.
