Abstract

Núcleo absorbente que comprende una capa más interior situada hacia el usuario; al menos una capa intermedia contigua a la capa más interior y situada lejos del usuario, al menos una de dichas capas intermedias comprende una mezcla de fibra celulósica y partículas super absorbentes; y una capa más exterior contigua a la capa intermedia y situada más lejos del usuario, dicha capa más exterior comprende fibras celulósicas, en donde dicha capa más interior o al menos una de dichas capas intermedias incluye fibra sintética en una cantidad eficaz y dicho núcleo absorbente presenta una relación de segundo o tercer ataque superior a 0,90. Método para producir un núcleo absorbente que comprende; (a) formar una capa más interior dirigiendo una pluralidad de fibras de longitud discreta sobre una superficie de reunión; (b) formar al menos una capa intermedia dirigiendo una pluralidad de fibras de longitud discreta sobre la capa más interior; (c) formar una capa más exterior dirigiendo una pluralidad de fibras de longitud discreta sobre la capa intermedia; (d) compactar las capas más interior, intermedia y más exterior para formar un tejido condensado; y (e) calandrar el tejido condensado, formando de este modo una estructura unitaria, en donde al menos una de dichas capas más interior e intermedia incluye fibra sintética en una cantidad eficaz para mejorar la relación de segundo o tercer ataque del núcleo absorbente comparada con un núcleo absorbente comparable sin fibra sintética. Artículo absorbente que comprende dicho núcleo absorbente.
