本发明涉及一种自能导流复合纸。
背景技术
纸尿裤、婴儿尿片等都会使用到复合纸，传统的复合纸由于其结构设计上的缺陷及技术上的不足，存在结构复杂、生产成本高、吸水效果差、容易漏液等。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点，本发明提供一种结构简单、设计合理、吸水性能好、可以防止漏液的自能导流复合纸。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种自能导流复合纸，包括复合纸主体，所述复合纸主体包括由膨松热风无纺布或膨化纸构成的表层、由膨松热风无纺布或膨化纸构成的第一中间层、由膨松热风无纺布或膨化纸构成的第二中间层、由膨松热风无纺布或膨化纸构成的底层，所述表层、第一中间层、第二中间层的背面都设有一个或一个以上的向下凸起的自能导流扩散槽，表层的背面与第一中间层的表面粘合，第一中间层的背面与第二中间层的表面粘合，第二中间层的背面与底层的表面粘合，在所述表层的背面与第一中间层的表面之间、第一中间层的背面与第二中间层的表面之间、第二中间层的背面与底层的表面之间都均匀分布有高吸收性树脂颗粒。
本发明的优点是：本产品结构简单、设计巧妙，在表层、第一中间层、第二中间层的背面都设有一个或一个以上的向下凸起的自能导流扩散槽，液体能自动导流到导流扩散槽内，在各层之间还均匀分布有高吸收性树脂颗粒，可以有效防止漏夜。

参照图1，一种自能导流复合纸，包括复合纸主体1，所述复合纸主体1包括由膨化纸构成的表层2、由膨松热风无纺布构成的第一中间层3、由膨松热风无纺布构成的第二中间层4、由膨化纸构成的底层5，所述表层2、第一中间层3、第二中间层4的背面都设有一个或一个以上的向下凸起的自能导流扩散槽6，表层2的背面与第一中间层3的表面粘合，第一中间层3的背面与第二中间层4的表面粘合，第二中间层4的背面与底层5的表面粘合，在所述表层2的背面与第一中间层3的表面之间、第一中间层3的背面与第二中间层4的表面之间、第二中间层4的背面与底层5的表面之间都均匀分布有高吸收性树脂颗粒7。本产品结构简单、设计巧妙，在表层、第一中间层、第二中间层的背面都设有一个或一个以上的向下凸起的自能导流扩散槽，液体能自动导流到导流扩散槽内，在各层之间还均匀分布有高吸收性树脂颗粒，可以有效防止漏夜。

1.一种自能导流复合纸，包括复合纸主体，其特征在于：所述复合纸主体包括由膨松热风无纺布或膨化纸构成的表层、由膨松热风无纺布或膨化纸构成的第一中间层、由膨松热风无纺布或膨化纸构成的第二中间层、由膨松热风无纺布或膨化纸构成的底层，所述表层、第一中间层、第二中间层的背面都设有一个或一个以上的向下凸起的自能导流扩散槽，表层的背面与第一中间层的表面粘合，第一中间层的背面与第二中间层的表面粘合，第二中间层的背面与底层的表面粘合，在所述表层的背面与第一中间层的表面之间、第一中间层的背面与第二中间层的表面之间、第二中间层的背面与底层的表面之间都均匀分布有高吸收性树脂颗粒。
