Abstract

Una composición herbicida de baja formación de espuma que comprende glifosato y un alcanol de poli(óxido de alquileno) con la fórmula R1R2CH-R3-(OR4)n-OH(I) donde R1 y R2 son metilo o etilo, R3 es un grupo alquileno de cadena lineal que contiene entre 5 y 12 átomos de carbono, R4 es un grupo alquileno que contiene 2 ó 3 átomos de carbono y n es entre 4 y 20. Se refiere especialmente el alcohol iso-tridecílico etoxilado, propoxilado o mixto alcoxilado/propoxilado donde dicho grado de alcoxilación es entre 6 y14, por ejemplo un alcohol iso-tridecílico con 8 unidades de óxido de polietileno. Las composiciones preferidas contienen en forma adicional un alquilglicósido.
