Abstract

A method for producing a fertilizer from putrescible waste, the method characterized in that it comprises the steps of: a) drying out animal waste in an evaporation dryer, blowing gas therethrough under pressure at room temperature or higher; b) collect the gaseous and liquid effluents, and remove the dried waste; c) add non-animal putrescible waste to the dried waste obtained from step b) in a grinder; d) grind the waste mixture from step c) in the grinder; e) extracting metal particles or objects from the ground waste mixture from step d); f) analyze the waste mix from step e) to determine moisture levels and the amounts of selected chemical compounds present in the waste mix; g) optionally add liquid effluent collected in step b), according to the results of the analysis in step f); h) decompose the biomolecules and cause the heavy metals present in the waste to become insoluble in water, mixing the waste with selected additives and reacting with them at a temperature and for a sufficient time to decompose the biomolecules and make the metals heavy become insoluble in water; i) remove the vapors generated during the reaction of step h), and wash them and / or the gaseous effluent removed in step b) to form an aqueous solution, and add the aqueous solution to the reaction mixture of step h) , as desired; j) sift the waste from step i) to obtain waste particles having a predetermined particle size; and k) analyze the resulting product to determine therein the amounts of selected chemical compounds, and optionally adjust the amounts of liquid effluent and additives added in steps g), and h) and i), respectively, according to the results of the analysis.
