Abstract
Indolinas sustituidas, que comprenden un compuesto de fórmula (1) o una de sus sales, hidratos, o profármacos farmacéuticamente aceptables en donde cada R1 es independientemente a) H, b) C1-4 alquilo, c) C1-4 alquilo sustituido con un fenilo en donde el fenilo está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o dos R2, o d) fenilo, opcionalmente sustituido con uno o dos R2; R2 es a) halógeno , b) OR3, c) CF3, d) C(=O)-NR4R5, e) NH-SO2-R6, f) NR4R5, g) NR4-C(=O)-R4, h) SO2-NR4R5, i) CN, o j) NO2; R3 es H, C1-4 alquilo, o R4 y R5 que conjuntamente con el átomo de nitrógeno forman un anillo seleccionado del grupo integrado por 1-pirrolidinilo, 1-piperazinilo y 1-morfolinilo; R6 es H o C1-4 alquilo; R7 es a) H, o b) halógeno, c) OR3, d) CF3, e) C(=O)-NR4R5, f) NH-SO2-R6, g) NR4R5, h) NR4-C(=O)-R4, i) SO2-NR4R5, j) CN, o k) NO2; R8 es a) H, b) F, c) Cl, d) C1-4alquilo, e) C1-3alcoxilo, f) CF3, g) C1-4alquilo sustituido con un fenilo en donde el fenilo está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o dos R2, h) fenilo, opcionalmente sustituido con uno o dos R2, i) OR3, j) CO-NR4R5, k) NR4R5, l)NH-SO2R6, o m) NH-CO-R4; en cada caso, el alquilo y alcoxilo están opcionalmente sustituidos con OH, halógeno, o NH2, m es 1 a 2; y n es 1 a 3 o sus sales, profármacos y derivados marcados isotópicamente, que sean farmacéuticamente aceptables, un método para realizar la tomografía por emisión de positrones, un método para la obtención de imágenes por RMN, y el uso de dichos compuestos para la manufactura de medicamentos.
