Abstract
Un método para aplicar traccion a un elemento cilíndrico elongado (5) producido por la fusion de una porcion final (2A) de una preforma (2) de material de vidrio, donde un dispositivo de traccion (3) puede conectarse a una porcion (5 I) del elemento cilíndrico elongado (5) para proporcionar traccion del elemento cilíndrico elongado a lo largo del eje (6).
