Abstract

Se revela un método para calentar momentáneamente la superficie de un molde y un sistema para el mismo. El sistema comprende un alimentador de material de moldeo, los moldes superior e inferior, un control del moldeo por inyeccion, una unidad de mezcla y suministro de aire y combustible gaseoso, una interfaz y un panel de control. El alimentador de material de moldeo sirve para suministrar material de moldeo fundido. Los moldes superior e inferior sirven para moldear una pieza fundida de una forma predeterminada. El control del moldeo por inyeccion sirve para controlar el molde superior y el molde inferior. La unidad de mezcla y suministro de aire y combustible gaseoso sirve para suministrar aire comprimido y combustible gaseoso en forma simultánea o selectiva. El control de la mezcla y suministro del combustible gaseoso sirve para controlar el funcionamiento de la unidad de mezcla y suministro de aire y combustible gaseoso. La interfaz sirve para relacionar el control del moldeo por inyeccion y el control de la mezcla y suministro del combustible gaseoso. El panel de control sirve para mostrar en forma visual el control, condicion y operacion de los componentes del sistema.
