Abstract
Artículo recubierto reflector de infrarrojos, caracterizado porque incluye: un sustrato; una capa dieléctrica depositada por bombardeo ionico sobre elsustrato, incluyendo la capa una primera película de estannato de zinc depositada sobre el sustratoque tiene zinc en una banda en porcentaje en peso igual ysuperior a 10 e igual e inferior a 90, y estano en una banda de porcentaje en peso igual e inferior a 90 e igual y superior a 10, y una película mejoradoraeléctrica depositada sobre lapelícula de estannato de zinc, seleccionándose la película mejoradora eléctrica del grupo de películas que consta de película deoxido de zinc, oxido de estano y una segunda película de estannato de zinc donde la composicion de la primera película deestannat o de zinc es al menosaproximadamente 5% en peso diferente de la composicion de la segunda película de estannato de zinc; y una capa reflectora de infrarrojos depositada sobre lacapa dieléctrica; una capa de imprimacion metálica sobre lacapa reflecto ra de infrarrojos; una segunda capa dieléctrica sobre la capa de imprimacion; y unacapa protectora de al menos dos películas seleccionadas de películas conteniendo metal y/o conteniendo silicio seleccionadas de: metal y/o silicio ymetal oxiy/o oxima teriales de silicio donde los oximateriales se seleccionan de oxidos y oxinitruros y donde el metal es el mismo o diferente y se selecciona de unmetal de transicion del Grupo 4, 5, 6 o 10 de a Tabla Periodica de los Elementos.
