Abstract

Un procedimiento para producir cables, en particular, cables para la distribucion de energía eléctrica o cables para telecomunicaciones; con mayor grado de particularidad, cables que tienen, como mínimo, una capa de recubrimiento que comprende unacom posicion con una elevada viscosidad. Cables que tienen, por lo menos, una capa de recubrimiento que consta de una composicion polimérica que comprende una carga mineral que tiene capacidad de impartir una o más propiedades específicas a loscables que se mencionaran previamente. Dicho procedimiento de produccion comprende las etapas de: transportar, al menos, un elemento conductor al interior de dicho extrusor; alimentar el material polimérico, que -en forma opcional- se premezcla conotros componentes de dicha composicion, adicho extrusor; filtrar el material que transfiere y plastifica el citado tornillo de extrusion; depositar dicho material sobre, por lo menos, un elementoconductor citado, la operacion de filtracion serealiza con una eficacia de filtracion mayor que 0,8, con preferencia mayor que 0,9. Un aparato para llevar acabo el procedimiento de produccion que se mencionara previamente.
