Abstract

Se revela la deslicuefaccion mejorada del lecho compactado del espesador/clarificador de lecho profundo. Un aparato así comprende una vasija que recibe unalechada de líquido y partículas solidas suspendidas en el líquido. La vasija define una zona deasentamiento libre, una zona de asentamiento obstruídaintermedia, una zona de clarificacion y una zona de compactacion inferior. Se provee un miembro de deslicuefaccion en la vasija, extendiéndose hacia arribaentre por lo menos dos zonas para facilitar el flujo hacia arriba del líquido libre desde una de las zonas inferiores y el asentamiento de las partículas. Uneje de rastrillo giratorio con piquetes están disenados como para liberar líquido intersticial atrapado en una zona inferior. Los piquetes proveen caminos parael líquido se libere generalmente verticalmente. El líquido liberado viaja hacia arriba hasta el miembro de deslicuefaccion y adentro de la zona declarificacion. La zona inferior, liberada del agua intersticial, se aplasta adiconalmente poniéndose más concentrada o densa.
