Abstract

La presente se refiere a una pluralidad de conductos internos pre-moldeados que son suministrados a una matriz de cruceta, y un conducto externo fundido esextruido alrededor de los conductos internos desde la matriz de cruceta, y luego los conductosinternos pre-moldeados y un conducto externo fundido se haceningresar dentro de un tunel corrugado de una matriz de moldeo en la que un conducto externo fundido se moldea para que tenga corrugaciones, lo que de este modoproduce un conjunto de conductos de canales multiples que incluyen una pluralidad de conductos internos elongados y un conducto externo corrugado que rodea alos conductos internos a través de toda su longitud para retenerlos. Este método de fabricar en forma continua un conjuntode canales multiples utilizando unamáquina de moldeo con extrusion con una matriz de cruceta y un medio de moldeo no se conocían hasta el momento.
