Abstract

Un artículo absorbente que tiene una composicion estable para el cuidado de la piel colocada sobre su superficie que contacta la piel. Un proceso parafabricar los artículos absorbentes que tienen una composicion estable para el cuidado de la piel colocada encima. La composicion para el cuidado de la piel esfácilmente transferible a la piel por vía de contacto normal, movimiento del usuario, y/o calor corporal, la composicion para el cuidado de la piel contienepor lo menos un ingrediente de cuidado de la piel que imparte ventajas de piel visibles a la piel al transferirse a la piel y por lo menos un agente reologicopara estabilizar la composicion de modo que se minimiza la aglomeracion, estratificacion y/o asentamiento de la composicion. Seaplica en productos absorbentesdesechables, tales como panales, calzoncillos de entrenamiento, dispositivos de incontinencia para adultos, toallas sanitarias, pantiprotectores y similares.La composicion comprende de 5 a 95% en peso de un portador elegido de emolientes basado en petroleo, emolientes de ésteres de ácidos grasos, emolientes depolisiloxano, ácidos grasos de ésteres de sucrosa, emolientes de etoxilados de alquilo, humectantes, lanolina y derivados y mezclas de éstos, de 0,001 a 70%enpeso de por lo menos un ingrediente de cuidado de la piel . Inhibidores de enzimas, inhibidores de proteasa, agentes quelantes, agentes antimicrobianos,agentes donantes protánicos, extractos de sábila y mezclas de éstos y de 0,1 a 25% en peso de por lo menos un agente reologico elegido de s{ilices de humo notratados, sílices de humo tratados, organoarcillas, espesantes poliméricos, espesantes naturales u orgánicos, tensioactivos anionicos, anfoteros y mezclas deestos.
