Abstract
El presente invento trata de un método avanzado de determinar la densidad de una formacion usando un instrumento de medicion de la densidad con variosdetectores. La utilizacion de tres o más detectores produce una medicion de la densidad de laformac ion más acertada y precisa ante la presencia de unaseparacion considerable entre el instrumento y la formacion. A través de un nuevo algoritmo de un detector simple se obtiene un factor fotoeléctrico másacertado. El uso de la informacionsobre el efe cto fotoeléctrico compensado para la separacion y el factor fotoeléctrico de la costra de lodo. La utilizacionde las respuestas de la densidad de los distintos detectores permite una verificacion de la consistencia y, por lo tanto, unmejor control d e la calidad de lamedicion de la densidad.
