Abstract
La presente se refiere a un método para mejorar el crecimiento y potencia de regeneracion de cultivos de células y tejidos embriogénicos de plantasconíferas recuperadas de criopreservacion. En particular, esta invencion se refiere al uso de ácidoabs císico en el medio de recuperacion poscriopreservacionpara mejorar tanto el crecimiento como la produccion de embriones somáticos de cultivos de células y tejidos embriogénicos de coníferas, permitiendo de estemodo una más rápida proliferacionde los cultivos embriogénicos y un subsecuente incremento en el rendimiento de embriones somáticos. Este método es adecuadopara empleo con un numero de uso biotecnologicos de cultivos embriogénicos de plantas coníferas recuperadas decriopreservacion, incl uyendo el uso con cultivosembriogénicos de plantas coníferas y con cultivos embriogénicos genéticamente transformados de plantasconíferas para producir una provision de plantado clonal util para reforestacion.
