Abstract

Un procedimiento y una instalacion de purificacion de gas, en particular natural, para eliminar los mercaptanos sin operaciones de absorcion o de expansioncriogénica del gas, por ejemplo en un turbodifusor. El gas natural (1), previamente secado yen friado, alimenta una columna de absorcion (4) bajo presion cuyoproducto de acabado (6) es gas purificado y el producto de fondo (13) alimenta una columna de fraccionamiento (15) que separa los compuestos más volátiles,exentos de mercaptanos, dela fr accion nafta del gas natural que contiene los mercaptanos eliminados en la parte superior de por lo menos una columna dedestilacion (31, 48) cuyo producto de fondo final (63), formado por una mezcla de hidrocarburos en C5 y más pesados yexento de me rcaptanos volátiles, esmezclado parcialmente (71) con los compuestos más volátiles (23) recomprimidos (24) del gas natural, mezcla que es enfriada (2b) y enviada en reflujo (5) a lacolumna de absorcion.
