Abstract
Un método para preparar un producto alimenticio para bocadillo o granola comprende (a) mezclar los ingredientes para dicho producto alimenticio parabocadillo o granola con aglutinante líquido para obtener una mezcla formable, en donde el mezclado selleva a cabo a temperatura elevada y el aglutinante eslíquido a temperatura elevada y el aglutinante se endurece cuando es enfriado hasta temperatura ambiente; (b) formar la mezcla en precursor del producto, endonde el formado se lleva a cabo atempe ratura elevada y mientras que el aglutinante está aun líquido; y (c) enfriar el precursor para endurecer el aglutinanteobteniendo de ese modo el producto alimenticio para bocadillo. También se describe un aparato para preparar el producto comotambié n se describe el productoobtenido mediante el mismo.A method of preparing a snack or granola food product comprises (a) mixing the ingredients for said snack or granola food product with liquid binder to obtain a formable mixture, wherein the mixing is carried out at elevated temperature and the liquid binder at temperature raised and the binder hardens when cooled to room temperature; (b) forming the product precursor mixture, where the forming is carried out at a high temperature and while the binder is still liquid; and (c) cooling the precursor to harden the binder thereby obtaining the snack food product. An apparatus for preparing the product as well as the product obtained therein is also described.
