Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparacion de una composicion detergente granulada, dicho procedimiento comprende los pasos de: (i) producir un material básicobombeable que comprende un precursor ácido de un tensiactivo anionico; (ii) neutralizar parcialmente el precursor ácido en el material básico; (iii)introducir el material básico en una mezcladora/densificadora de alta velocidad y neutralizar completamente el precursor ácido parcialmente neutralizado en lamisma para formar un material detergente granulado; y (iv) secar y/o enfriar el producto del paso (ii).Procedure for the preparation of a granulated detergent composition, said procedure comprises the steps of: (i) producing a pumpable basic material comprising an acid precursor of an anionic surfactant; (ii) partially neutralize the acid precursor in the basic material; (iii) introducing the base material into a high speed mixer / densifier and completely neutralizing the partially neutralized acid precursor therein to form a granular detergent material; and (iv) drying and / or cooling the product from step (ii).
