Abstract

Composiciones en barra para la limpieza de la piel en las cuales se usan los polialquilenglicoles (por ejemplo los polietilenglicoles) de rango de pesomolecular muy específico (peso molecular suficientemente alto para mitigar el efecto de asperezade l anionico, pero de peso molecular suficientemente bajopara proporcionar el perfil sensorial deseado y facilitar el procesamiento de moldeado por fusion) y se mantiene la relacion entre alquilenglicol y anionico de, por lo menos, 1.1 y superior.Dich as composiciones son suaves, espuman bien y proporcionan los perfiles sensoriales deseados por el consumidor. Másespecíficamente, tales composiciones comprenden: (a)2% a 35% en peso de tensioactivo sintético anionico sin jabon, (b)0 a 20% enpeso de tensioactivo anfotero,zwitterionico, o no ionico, o sus mezclas; (c)10% a 70% en peso de polialquilenglicoles que tienen peso molecular superior a 300 a 1.500; en el cual larelacion de peso entre (c) y (a) es superior a 1:1; (d)más dealrededor de 1% a 20% en peso de agentes gelificantes; y (e)2% a menos de 10% en peso de agua.La figura 1 es un gráfico que muestra que el polietilenglicol con peso molecular de 400 y superior reduce significativamente la cantidad de zeína disueltaporisetionato de acilo (es decir, es menos áspero) cuando la relacion de peso entre el PEG y el isetionato es superior a 1:1, con preferencia superior a 2:1.
