Abstract
La presente se refiere a un proceso para acoplar una glicoproteína adhesiva con una superficie de un material en volumen, el cual comprende los siguientespasos: a) se deposita una capa de aldehído volátil en la superficie del material en volumen apa rtir de una atmosfera de plasma de gas, b) la capa así formadasobre el material en volumen, se pone en contacto con una glicoproteína adhesiva a las células, que tiene grupos amino, c) el acoplamiento de los grupos aminode la glicoproteína conlos gr upos carbonilo de la capa de aldehído depositada, se refuerza mediante la transformacion de los enlaces -CH=N- primariamenteformados, en la presencia de un agente reductor, en enlaces -CH2-NH- y a un material de crecimiento celular quecomprende un m aterial en volumen que tienecuando menos una superficie a la que se acopla una glicoproteína adhesiva a las células que tiene grupos amino, caracterizado porque los grupos amino seenlazan de una manera covalente con los gruposaldehídos de una capa d e un aldehído volátil, depositada en la superficie del material en volumen a partir deuna atmosfera de plasma de gas, por medio de los primeros grupos -CH=N- formados que se han transformado en grupos -CH2-NH- en la presenciade un agentereductor.
