Abstract
Un sistema para realizar operaciones secuenciales sobre un cuerpo de la lata, tal como engatillando el extremo abierto del cuerpo de la lata, en el que doso más máquinas, tales como máquinas de engatillado con troquel están acopladas por un modulo detransferencia. El modulo de transferencia comprende una ruedade multiples bolsas que recibe los cuerpos de la lata desde una rueda de descarga de multiples bolsas de la primera máquina de engatillado y las descarga enuna rueda de entrada de multiples bolsas de la segunda máquina de engatillado. Se elimina el motor de accionamiento de una de las máquinas de engatillado,mientras que se amplía el motor de accionamiento de la otra máquina. Un engranaje sobre el modulo de transferencia acopla los trenes de engranajes sobre laprimera y segunda máquinas de engatillado en un tren de engranajes comun. Por lo tanto, el tren de engranajes del modulo de transferencia transfiere lapotencia desde la máquina de engatillado que tiene el motor de accionamiento ampliado a la máquina de engatillado de la que se ha eliminado el motor deaccionamiento. Esto permite que un solo motor de accionamiento accione todo el tren para ambas máquinas.
