Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un aparato para el manejo de material para descarga por gravedad de material particulado fluidificable a través de una salida 2de un contenedor 3 (en línea punteada) para dicho material, cuya salida 2 es normalmenteobturada mediante un miembro de válvula cronica y hueca 4, en dondedicho aparato 1 comprende un medio accionador 5 con una superficie plana 6 y que se adapta para engancharse con un miembro de válvula conica 2 adyacente a labase 7 del mismo paraelevar y des cender al mismo y de ese modo proveer que el volumen interior del miembro de válvula conica 4 permanezca sustancialmentevacío. En la realizacion, el aparato 1 es un componente de un sistema para el manejo de materiales en la forma deuna estacion de descarga D, que se fijapor ejemplo en el piso de una instalacion para transferir material fluidificable desde un IBC (transportable) hasta un procedimiento P tal como mezcla,combinacion, formacion de tabletas o lo similar que seencuentra pr debajo d e la estacion de descarga D.
