Abstract

Generalmen te, para alcanzar unaapariencia neutra (incolora) para el vidrio con revestimiento, no se requiere una capa de supresion de color de iridiscencia separada tal como se describe enla técnica anterior, sin embargo una capa desupresion de iridiscencia u otras capas se pueden combinar con el conjunto de dos capas que se provee con lapresente. Si se desea, se pueden utilizar capas de control solar multiples y/o capas de baja emisividad multiples. La capa NIR y la capa debaja emisividadpuerden ser po rciones separadas de una unica película de oxido de estano ya que ambas capas se encuentran compuestas de oxido de estano adulterado. Se proveetambién un método para producir el vidrio con revestimiento para controlsolar.A solar control glass is provided that has a visible light transmission, absorbs near-infrared (NIR) wavelength light and medium-register infrared reflector light (medium IR low emissivity) in conjunction with a colorpressel set within the light spectrum visible for reflected light. A method is also provided to produce improved glass, with solar control coating. The improved glass has a solar energy absorbing (NIR) layer comprising tin oxide that has a doping agent such as antimony and a low emissivity (low emissivity) control layer capable of reflecting medium register infrared light and comprising oxidizing oxide. tin that has a dopant of fluorine and / ofosphorus. Generally, to achieve a neutral (colorless) appearance for coated glass, a separate iridescence suppression layer is not required as described in the prior art, however an iridescence desupression layer or other layers can be combined with the set of two layers that is supplied with the present. If desired, multiple solar control layers and / or multiple low emissivity layers can be used. The NIR layer and the emissivity layer may be separate potions of a single film of tin oxide since both layers are composed of adulterated tin oxide. A method for producing glass with solar control coating is also provided.
