Abstract

Un método para mejorar el rociado de gotas de líquido desde un rociador sobre una superficie, método que comprende impartir una carga unipolara dichas gotas de líquido por carga de doble capa durante el rociado de las gotas de líquido del rociador,e stando la carga unipolar a un nivel tal que dichasgotas tienen una relacion entre carga y masa de por lo menos +/- l x 10(-4) C/kg, en donde las gotas cargadas del líquido se repelen entre síaumentando así la dispersion de las gotas desde unalínea d e rociado central que se extiende desde el cabezal del rociador y evitando lacoalescencia de las gotas, proporcionando así un recubrimiento más uniforme de la superficie a ser rociada. En particular, el método permite quegotas de líquidosean rociada s sobre una superficie que está oculta debido a un objeto que está ubicado entre la superficie y el rociador.
