Los nuevos CE que contiene por lo menos un ingrediente plaguicida activo en particular, un herbicida fungicida comercialmente obtenible, un solvente queconsiste esencialmente en uno o más ésteres de aceites vegetales, un cosolvente seleccionado dela clase de solventes acuáticos polares miscible en agua y unsistema tensioactivo emulsionante formador de una emulsion de aceite en agua donde la formulacion que se agrega al agua es muy apropiada para combatir plagas oenfermedades causarias porplaga s en un lugar determinado, que comprende tratar dicho lugar con una composicion obtenida a partir de la emulsion de dicho CEen agua.
